Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within that 14-day period by contacting us at info@miono.be, clearly stating your name, order number, and your intention to withdraw.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewelry (pieces made to your specifications, including custom sizes, engravings, or bespoke designs), or items that have been visibly worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@miono.be with photos of the damage. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size where stock allows. Please contact us at info@miono.be to arrange this. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged.
