SHIPPING TIMES

Items in stock are shipped within 1-3 days after order confirmation. 

Items on demand are shipped within 4 weeks after order confirmation. It’s handmade, that’s right. 

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Brussels. 

We ship your order with bpost. As soons as the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation mail with a Track & Trace code. 

Delivery time is 1-2 days for Belgium and 2-10 days for all other destinations. 

Attention: when our workshop is closed for Holidays or travel (see below), shipping will be delayed. Please plan accordingly. 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any item purchased on Miono Online within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Here’s how:

  • Make sure the jewellery is in the same condition you received it in, in its box with any extras included. 
  • Place all items in their original box.
  • Send an e-mail to info@miono.be Include a proof of purchase or receipt. 
  • We will send you a return label via e-mail
  • Print the return label and stick it on the box. Deliver the box to your nearest post-office. 

Note: all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches our workshop, please allow 3 to 7 business days  for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Important note: if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  1. E-mail notifying Miono you wish to return sent fifteen (15) days from receiving the products. 
  2. The products must not have been used, worn or washed;
  3. The returned products must be in their original packaging;
  4. The returned products must be shipped within fourteen (14) days from when you informed Miono of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
  5. The products must not be damaged.
